Hi, I'm Sandy (she/they)

My practice is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and care. I support children (6+), teens, and adults in ways that affirm who they are — not who they’re expected to be. Whether it’s working on social communication, navigating emotional regulation, or building confidence in communicating and interacting with people, I focus on what matters most to you and the people who walk alongside you.

I’m also passionate about reshaping the system. I like to connect with other professionals to learn and create a community of practice grounded in lived experience and affirming care.

✨ My vision? A world where diverse communication is respected, differences are celebrated, and every person is empowered to connect in their own way.

Sandy is a late-diagnosed AuDHD Speech Pathologist who works alongside clients, families, and support teams to focus on what truly matters — social connection, emotional regulation, navigating friendships and dating, and finding safer, more effective ways to express oneself.

Her services are client-led, strengths-based, trauma-informed, flexible, and collaborative, with deep respect for all neurotypes, genders, and LGBTQIA+ identities. Support includes one-on-one sessions, group programs, and community-based work.

Sandy uses a non-traditional, client-centred approach with a strong focus on special interests. She especially enjoys supporting newly diagnosed and late-diagnosed neurodivergent people as they explore their neurotype, communication style, and identity.

She is passionate about helping people meet their social communication needs and goals, and ultimately supporting them to thrive and embrace all of their colours.

Sandy is playful, curious, authentic, supportive, and deeply empathetic. She stays attuned to each person’s needs, maintains healthy boundaries, and thinks outside the box to find creative and affirming ways to help people thrive. Sandy is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, and brings strong cultural-affirming lenses to all her work.

Serving mostly in south of the river areas. Our mission is to celebrate diversity, respect each person’s communication style, and offer a space where all voices — in all their forms — are welcome.
